This is a standard pro-forma published by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, providing limited information. Although some surveyors may offer this report in respect of older properties, consistent with original RICS recommendations, we do not consider it suitable for pre-1st World War property.

This service provides a concise report detailing any significant problems that could make a difference to the value of the property. It includes a market valuation and insurance reinstatement cost valuation. Whilst it provides basic information about the condition of a property, it contains no costings or detailed recommendations for repair.

Surveyors' fees vary. By all means compare prices. Whilst you are likely to find our fees competitive, we may not always be the cheapest. Inevitably, there may be someone prepared to do it cheaper, but are you comparing like with like?
