Building Surveys

Our Building Surveys provide a detailed report on the construction and condition of a property based upon as detailed an inspection of the building as is possible without damaging the building or contents. They are particularly useful if the property is older or dilapidated, has been extensively altered or you are planning a major conversion or renovation.

Whilst buying a home is one of the most exciting things you will ever do, it is also one of the biggest financial commitments you will make. More than ever before, property means big money. Having seen some of the reports offered by other Surveyors, it is clear that our reports differ in comparison to many, particularly in comparison to those provided by many of the larger general practices linked to lending institutions, national estate agency chains, etc. Our reports tend to be written more clearly for the lay person to understand and to be more property specific.
