Building Surveys
Our Building Surveys provide a detailed report on the construction and condition of a property based upon as detailed an inspection of the building as is possible without damaging the building or contents. They are particularly useful if the property is older or dilapidated, has been extensively altered or if you are planning a major conversion or renovation. They can include a market valuation and insurance reinstatement cost assessment.
