About Assinder Turnham
Launched on 1st May 2000 by long term colleagues Mark Assinder and Steve Turnham (Chartered Surveyors), the practice has gone from strength to strength. Our founding directors (with approaching 25 and 35 years experience respectively) pride themselves on developing Assinder Turnham as a well respected consultancy, able to offer a highly professional service with in-depth knowledge to a variety of clients, both large and small, in both the private and public sectors.
Many of our client relationships can be traced back over four decades – a number of our clients having first instructed us in the 1980’s. Our leaders have wide ranging and comprehensive experience (Managing Director Stephen Turnham was previously a partner in a major national multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy and Practice Director Mark Assinder gained experience with no fewer than four private practice consultancies geographically spread across the UK before they established Assinder Turnham).
As an expanding but carefully controlled niché practice in a commercial world increasingly dominated by ever larger consultancy companies, we consider ourselves high calibre people able to offer a highly professional and perhaps unusually personal service.
